Projects give you the ability to manually organize your patients and their data into groups, and assist in organizing your patients for reporting and testing such as by work location, department, etc.
Using projects also allows you to have offline access to your imported or manually entered patients so you can test in areas with no internet or Wi-Fi connection and upload the results at a later time.
