When returning products to SHOEBOX, you may be required to include a commercial invoice for the shipment. For international shipping, this is almost always a requirement.

First, download the Commercial Invoice for Returns and Recalibrations form, which is highlighted and pre-filled with some important information for returning your items.
Next, proceed with filling out the rest of your commercial invoice, using this Shipping Checklist to verify that the rest of your commercial invoice has been filled out correctly.
When your commercial invoice is complete, you can proceed with packaging and shipping your items to us. Refer to the email sent to you from the SHOEBOX support team for any additional instructions or guidelines.
