Data Management Portal users are able to set recurring notifications for saved filters. Notifications can only be set for saved filters.
The filter notification informs the user how many patients meet the criteria of the filter at the time the notification is sent.
Filter notifications are delivered to the user via email (see image below for an example).
Setting a filter notification

Apply a saved filter or create a new saved filter. The Bell icon
will appear next to the Heart icon

Set the frequency, date, and send time criteria for the notification email.
- Click Save.

The Bell icon will change to show you the interval at which the notification email will be sent.

Clicking on the notification bell in this state will ask if you would like to remove the filter notification in place. Clicking on Save in this window will remove the notification schedule.
