In version 3.12 and beyond of the SHOEBOX Data Management Portal, you are now able to select and schedule reports you wish to deliver via email to recipients of your choosing.
To schedule an outgoing report
- Log in to your SHOEBOX Data Management Portal.
- Click on Reports.
- Click on the Outgoing Reports tab.

Click on New.
- Fill in the details for your outgoing report(s). Provide a subject title for the email, select the report(s) you would like to send, and enter the email addresses of your recipients.

Note: Make sure to press your Enter key after typing each email address to add them to the list.

Outgoing reports will then appear under your outgoing reports tab.
You can delete outgoing reports by clicking on the three-dot icon then clicking Delete.
| Important: Your recipient(s) will need to register their device upon receiving the email. They will only need to do this once per device. Only one device may be registered at a time, registering a new device will unregister a previous device. |
