Listed below are some of the most common examples of physical damage to DD450 headsets that will require them to be returned to SHOEBOX.

Example 1: Snapped headphone jack
Can be caused by habitual forcing of the headphone jack into or out of the iPad, pulling or stretching on the cable, or dropping the iPad with the cable attached.
Example 2: Tear in transducer mesh
Can be caused by misuse, neglect, improper storage or gradual damage from alcohol based cleaning products.
Example 3: Bleaching and/or discoloration
Caused by infrequent/improper cleaning. Considered damage and not regular wear and tear.
Example 4: Missing serial number sticker
If the serial number sticker with QR code (pictured below) is missing from your DD450, contact SHOEBOX support.
