The Compliance Dashboard is available to PureTest users who manage occupational health and safety programs. It provides metrics for your organization's hearing conservation program and updates automatically based on testing activity. Use the dashboard to track completed tests and identify employees who are overdue for testing, require retesting, or need follow-up actions.

Viewing the dashboard
The Compliance Dashboard is the first screen that appears after logging in to the Data Management Portal. The summary at the top of the page provides key metrics on testing activity including the number of active employees, completed tests, and employees overdue for testing. The summary also shows an overall compliance score indicating how many active employees are up to date on their testing.
The compliance score is based on the compliance thresholds that are configured for your organization and lets you know whether your testing activity is meeting the targets set for your program. The overall compliance will indicate whether you are compliant (green), at risk (yellow), critical (orange), or non-compliant (red).
The General Overview tab
The General Overview displays key metrics for your organization’s testing activity. Data cards show the number of employees who are overdue for testing, needing retests, or requiring a follow-up action. Reviewing audiologists will also see the number of pending audiology reviews.
Card shortcuts
Click View Patients on a data card to display a list of employees with the relevant filter applied. For example, clicking View Patients in the Overdue for Testing card displays a list of employees who are overdue for testing.
The Project Overview tab
PureTest users can switch the view of the dashboard to display detailed compliance information for each of their projects by clicking the Project Overview tab.
This view lists your projects in a table with separate columns for each data point, allowing you to see the testing activity and compliance level for each project. For example, you can see which projects still have employees who are overdue for testing by checking the Overdue column.
For more information about the table columns, see Appendix: Project Compliance table headings.
| Important: The Project Compliance table is refreshed overnight. Recent testing activity will not be reflected until the following day. |
Table shortcuts
Click a number in a column to display the employees associated with that category in the selected project. For example, if the number 14 appears under Overdue, clicking the number displays the fourteen employees who are overdue for testing in that project.
Selecting projects, filtering, and sorting
By default, the dashboard displays compliance metrics for all your organization’s projects. However, you can select specific projects to be displayed from the Project field in the top-right corner. To remove a selected project, click the X next to the project’s name.
You can also enter keywords in the search box to display only the projects whose title matches.
To apply a filter to the Project Compliance table, click Add Filter, select your filter criteria from the dropdown, and click Done.
To sort the table, click the Arrow icon next to the column header you want to sort by.
Compliance thresholds
Compliance thresholds help you monitor the status of your hearing conservation program by providing a compliance score based on employee testing activity. If most employees are tested on schedule, your compliance score will be high. On the other hand, if most employees are overdue for testing, your compliance score will be low.
By default, compliance thresholds are set as follows:
- Red (Non-Compliant): 0-1%
- Orange (Critical): 1-25%
- Yellow (At Risk): 26-80%
- Green (Compliant): 81-100%
However, you can modify the compliance thresholds to match how compliance is measured by your organization.
| Important: Changes to the compliance threshold settings will not be reflected in the Project Compliance table until the following day. |
To modify compliance thresholds:
Log in to the Data Management Portal.
-
Hover over Settings in the side bar, then click Dashboard under the Administration heading.
On the Dashboard page, click Edit.
-
Drag the sliders to set the ranges for the different thresholds.
-
To reset the settings to their default ranges, click Reset to default.
-
In the top-right corner, click Save.
