You can export summary reports and referral letters as PDFs for your patients.
A summary report can include the following information:
- Patient demographics
- Analysis
- The most recent audiogram
- The audiogram history table
- The most recent speech results (SRT / SDT and Speech Discrimination)
- The most recently completed questionnaire

To export a summary report or referral letter:
To export a summary report or referral letter for an individual patient, click the Export button on the patient's page. You also have the option to email the summary report/referral letter directly to the patient.
To export PDFs for every patient displayed on-screen in the patient list, click the Export button on the Patients page.
Alternatively, you can click the three-dot icon to export PDFs for selected patients only.
To configure what gets included on a summary report

In the sidebar, hover over Settings, then click Summary Reports under the System Setup heading.

In the Summary Report section, select or deselect the fields and components you would like to include in the Patient Demographics and Components sub-sections.
- In the top-right corner, click Save to save your changes.
To configure the report header

In the sidebar, hover over Settings, then click Summary Reports under the System Setup heading.
- In the Report Header section, click the Plus icon
or drag and drop your logo onto the gray Change Report Header Logo box.

Enter up to five lines of header text in the text box.
- In the top-right corner, click Save to save your changes.
- Note: this report header will be applied to all downloaded PDF reports.
