You can change which columns are displayed on the Patients page, as well as sort the patient list by any of the four columns (provided they contain sortable data).

To change which columns are displayed
- To open the column display options, click the Gear icon
.
- Select from the dropdown menu above each column to change that column's data.
- Note: The patient's name will always be displayed in the first column.
- To remove a column, select the dashed line ----- in the dropdown options.
- After making your changes, click the Gear icon
to close the column display options.
To sort the patient list
- Click the Arrow icon
beside the column header you wish to sort by. You can choose to sort in ascending or descending order.
- If the Arrow icon
is not displayed beside the column header, the list cannot be sorted by that column’s data.
List actions
From the Patients page, you can export a patient’s summary report, add them to a project, set their next required action, or delete them. For more information on summary reports and referral letters, see Getting to know Summary Reports and Referral Letters.
To perform list actions
- Find the patient in the list.
- On the far right of the row, click the three-dot icon
.
- Select which action you’d like to perform.
- To perform the same action on multiple patients, select the boxes beside their names or use the select all box at the top of the list. Then click the three-dot icon
and select the action you would like to perform. The action will be performed for all selected patients.
