The Administration settings in the Data Management Portal allow admin users to view and manage other user accounts as well as information about their organization's hardware, such as transducers (headphones) and microphones. You can also download calibration certificates for your hardware.

Hover over Settings in the sidebar and select from the options under the Administration heading.
Users
This page allows you to add new users to your organization and manage existing users. For more information, see Managing users.
Transducers
This page allows you to manage existing transducers in your organization. For each transducer, the list displays the ID number, model name, status, and calibration expiry date for your transducers. The calibration expiry is the date by which you must return the transducers to SHOEBOX for recalibration. You can also download the calibration certificate for each transducer.
External Microphones
This page allows you to manage existing microphones in your organization. For each microphone, the list displays the serial number, model number, and calibration expiry date for your microphones. The calibration expiry is the date by which you must return the microphones to SHOEBOX for recalibration. You can also download the calibration certificate for each microphone.
To download a calibration certificate:
- Log in to the Data Management Portal.
- Hover over Settings in the sidebar, then click Transducers or External Mics under the Administration heading depending on the type of hardware for which you need a calibration certificate.
- In the hardware list, click the Transducer ID or Serial Number of the hardware item whose calibration certificate you want to download.

On the page for the selected transducer or microphone, click Download Certificate.
