The second group of settings falls under the System Setup heading.
Patient records
The patient records screen contains all settings that pertain to the records and demographics of your patients.
Audiogram Display Options: changes the default way that audiograms are displayed throughout the portal and on reports
- Patient Demographics: affects what patient information appears in the portal as well as the SHOEBOX app.
| Note: The Status demographic under the Employment section needs to selected in order to mark patients as active or inactive |
Patient Demographics Protection: when enabled, patient demographics for imported patients on both the SHOEBOX app and portal will not be editable
Reports
Report settings are related to the display and content of your reports.
You can configure the following settings:
Report Header: changes the header logo and header information that is displayed at the top of your summary reports
Summary Report: allows you to enable/disable the types of patient demographics that appear on your summary reports
Components: allows you to enable/disable what components appear on your summary reports. These include:
- Analysis
- Most Recent Audiogram
- Audiogram Background Noise
- Audiogram History
- Speech Results
- Questionnaires
- Audiometer Information
