Forgot your QuickTest password?

Click the Forgot your password? link on the login screen and enter the email associated with your SHOEBOX account. You’ll receive an email with directions on how to reset your password.

Forgot your QuickTest PIN?

Tap the Forgot? link on the PIN entry pad. The app will then give you the option to log you out and reset your PIN. All you need to do now is log back in using your email and password, and then you can enter a new PIN.
Forgot your Data Management Portal password?

Click the Forgot your password? link on the login screen and enter the email associated with your SHOEBOX account. You’ll receive an email with directions on how to reset your password.

Forgot your iPad passcode?

If your iPad was provided to you by SHOEBOX, contact our support team by clicking the Contact Support button in the top-right corner of this page..
If you provided your own iPad, reset your passcode by following the instructions in this Apple Support article.
You can also perform a DFU (Device Firmware Update) reset of your iPad which will allow you to reset the code. You will also need to log in to iTunes again with your Apple ID. You can follow the steps on this Apple Community thread for detailed instructions on how to do this.
Forgot your Apple ID/account?
Apple ID is now Apple Account. To reset your Apple Account, follow the instructions on the Apple Support website.
If you're still experiencing difficulties resetting your Apple ID or password, you can take the original bill of sale to an Apple store location, and they can wipe the Apple ID from the device.
